    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Implementation Of The Digital Registration System In A Friendly Interrogation Room In A Total Amount Of 5 Sets. In The Following Locations: 1) District Court In Kalisz, Aleja Wolności 13, 62-800 Kalisz, 2) District Court In Jarocin Aleja Niepodległości 15 (Change Of Location Of The Current Interrogation Room From Ul. Wrocławska 6), 63-200 Jarocin, 3) District Court In Kępno, Aleje Marcinkowskiego 10, 63-600 Kępno, 4) District Court In Krotoszyn, Ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 11, 63-700 Krotoszyn, 5) District Court In Pleszew, Ul. Malińska 21B, 63-300 Pleszew.2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Technical Equipment Of A Friendly Interrogation Room From 2014-2015; 2) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of New Technical Equipment Of A Friendly Interrogation Room; 3) Training Of The Indicated Court Employees In The Operation Of Devices; 4) Execution Of As-Built Documentation Covering At Least: Scheme Of Distribution And Connection Of Devices, Certificates, Certificates Or Testimonies Admission Of Devices And Materials (If Concerned), System Manuals And Installed Devices; 5) Providing The Service And Technical Support Of The System During The Warranty Period. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 10 To Swz.
