    3 The Devices Should Be Delivered To The Department Of Population Protection Of The Toruń City Hall, Ul. Legionów 70/76, 87-100 Toruń. 2. The Device Should Be Protected Against Damage. The Contractor Bears All Consequences For Improper Transport Or The Damage To The Device Resulting From It. 3. Before The Delivery Date Or On The Day Of Delivery Of The Device, The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With The Following Documents: A) The User Manual In Polish In Electronic Form On A Digital Medium And In The Paper Version, B) Technical Documentation Of Repair And Servicing, Except For Activities Reserved For Authorized Manufacturers Services. 4. The Deadline For Performing The Contract (Applies To All Parts): Up To 45 Days From The Date Of The Contract, No Later Than 28.11.2025.
