    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide And Install Photovoltaic Panels On Facilities Belonging To The Municipal Zakład Usług Komunalnych In Sosnowiec As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase And Assembly Of Renewable Energy Installations On Mzuk Buildings: A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Administrative Building (Stage 1) And Workshop Building (Stage 2) (Mark: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) To Develop Project Documentation And Obtain The Arrangements, Consents And Permits Required By Law, As Well As The Opinions Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Project Documentation; B) Exercising Authors Supervision; C) Providing And Installing A Photovoltaic Installation Together With The Necessary Infrastructure. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Order Is Co-Financed From The European Fund For Silesia 2021–2027 As Part Of The Fund For Righteous Transformation, Action: Fesl.10.06-District Distributed Energy Based On Renewable Energy Sources. 4. The Warranty Period Required By The Employer Is: A) For Hidden Disadvantages Solar Modules - Min. 10 Years; B) Linear Warranty For Photovoltaic Modules - Min. 25 Years; C) For Photovoltaic Inverters - Min. 10 Years; D) For Energy Storage Systems - Min. 10 Years; E) For Assembly Construction - Min. 5 Years; F) For Other Devices - For At Least 5 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance; G) At The Capacity Of Photovoltaic Modules Within 30 Years A Minimum Of 85%.
