    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Multi -Branch Design Documentation For Lighting, Sn Subscriber Station, Video Monitoring, Sound System And Traffic Lights For The Speeding Stadium In Gdańsk Together With The Authors Supervision Service. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 4.1 Of Swz Includes: 1) Performance Of The Basic Contract (Hereinafter: Basic Order Or Basic Task), Including The Development Of Project Documentation, Including Obtaining A Final Administrative Decision, Allowing The Implementation Of The Investment On The Basis Of Completed Project Documentation: Modernization Of Lighting, Sn Subscriber Subscriber, And Visual Monitoring, Sound And Alleviation. Light For The Object, The Speedway Stadium In Gdańsk; 2) Optional Order (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option Or Subject Of The Option), Consisting In The Implementation Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, Carried Out Based On The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Application Of The Option Of The Option Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Pzp Act. The Condition For Launching The Right Of The Option Is A Declaration Of Will Of The Contracting Authority To Perform The Contract Under The Right Options Submitted To The Contractor In Writing. The Need To Perform The Option Is Updated If The Contracting Authority Uses The Reserved Right In Accordance With The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. The Use Of The Right Of Options By The Ordering Party Is Not Mandatory. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Optionors Right, No Claims Are Entitled To. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Are Specified By: - ​​Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 1 To Swz, - Designed Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex 7 To Swz
