The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Knowledge And Applicable Law, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 8 December 2023 Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), 4) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Ix/57/2025 Of The Grębków Commune Council Of 05 March 2025 On Joining The General Plan Of The Grębków Commune, 5), Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Contracting Authority During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development, 6) Other Provisions Arising From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Have Reference To The Subject Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, And Roads. 3.
