5.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multifunctional Field At The Local Government School Complex In Inwałd. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 5.1.1 Drainage; 5.1.2 Execution Of Demolition Works; 5.1.3 Execution Of Earthworks; 5.1.4 Construction Of The Foundation; 5.1.5 Making A Foundation Of Pedestrian Routes; 5.1.6 Making A Foundation Of The Sports Surface; 5.1.7 Making The Surface From The Ankle; 5.1.8 Making The Surface Of The Pedestrian Routes; 5.1.9 Execution Of The Sports Surface Of The Field; 5.1.10 Making Benches, Edges, Curbs; 5.1.11 Made Of Green; 5.1.12 Dehydration; 5.1.13 Field Lighting 5.1.14 Installation Of Cameras; 5.1.15 Fence; 5.1.16 Performance Of The Football; 5.1.17 Installation Of The Information Board; 5.1.18 Equipment Assembly; 5.1.19 Other Works And Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: - Marking And Securing The Acquired Construction Site For The Duration Of Works, - Organization Of Facilities, Including Access Roads To The Construction Site, - The Organization To Reach The Property During The Works, - Implementation Of Full As -Built Documentation With The Works Applied During Works (When Required), - From Each Stage Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract, - The Current Export Of Non -Usable Materials From The Construction Site, - Carrying Out All Control Measurements, - Performing Repair Works Of Technical Infrastructure, Whose Technical Condition Due To The Implementation Of Works Has Deteriorated, Including Reproductive Works. 5.2 The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Attached Project Documentation, Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Pre -City Of Works. 5.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract. 5.4 The Employer May Resign From Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Investment In The Event Of Not Receiving Funding From The General Budget Of The State Budget Implemented By The Małopolska Voivodship Office. 5.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Knowledge, Specified, Among Others By The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law While Maintaining Due Diligence, Proper Work Organization And Health And Safety Rules. 5.6 In The Event Of Balance Materials Of Unambiguous Patents, Trademarks, Materials, Products Or Devices Indicating The Manufacturer And Specific Catalog Types - All Such Names Should Be Read With A Or Equivalent Clause Each Time With The Same Or Not Worse Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters. If Specific Types Of Materials, Products And Devices Are Given In The Above Documents, This Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Indication Of The Minimum Quality Level (Standard). 5.7 The Employer Al
