The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1765E Pstrokon-Strońsko From The Intersection With Poviat Road No. 4913E In Pstrokon To The Cemetery In Strońsko With A Length Of Approx. 1830 Mb Together With The Expansion Of The Intersection Of Poviat Roads No. 1765E And 4913E For The Intersection Of The District Movement Single In The Town Of Pstrokon And Obtaining All Permits And Arrangements Provided For By Law For The Implementation Of The Project. 3. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Includes: 1) Developing The Concept Of Reconstruction/ Expansion Of The Road, 2) Development Of Project Documentation, Including: A) Construction Project, Including:- Land Development Project,- Architectural And Construction Project,- Technical/ Executive Design; B) Bill Of Works; 3) Investor Cost Estimate; 4) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 5) For The Duration Of Construction; 6) Project Of The Target Traffic Organization; 7) Obtaining The Necessary Statements, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Together With Obtaining A Decision Of A Building Permit/ Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or Obtaining A Statement On No Grounds For The Objection Of The Competent Authority In The Event Of Submitting The Execution Of Construction Works And Transferring Copies Confirmed To The Ordering Party Confirmed By The Original Appearance, Arrangements With Attachments And Copies Of Correspondence With The Bodies Issuing The Abovementioned Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form, 8) Applying To The Minister Of Digitization With A Request To Release The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Teletechnical Channel, And In The Event Of A Negative Decision, Including In The Design And Scoop Documentation Its Construction, 9) Execution Of An Inventory, Including Photographic Existing Exits. 4. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Is Divided Into Two Implementation Stages: 1) Stage I - Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Para. 3 Point 1.2) Stage Ii - Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Para. 3 Points 2-9. The Set Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
