1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of It Equipment And Programs Along With Delivery, Bringing, Installation, Assembly, Configuration And Implementation. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure An Increase In The Level Of Information Security By Strengthening Immunity And The Ability To Effectively Prevent And Respond To Incidents And Enslave The Risk Of Infringement Of Information Security And Cyber Security. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Hardware And Software That Meets A Minimum Of Such Requirements And Technical Parameters As In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Or May Offer Products With Better Parameters. If The Contractor Wants To Offer Products With Better Parameters, He Is Obliged To Submit Them On The Basis Of The Means Of Evidence, Which He Submits Along With The Offer. (Point 8.3 To Swz) 3. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibition Or Exhibitions, Is Not Provided By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sales, Meets All Requirements For Admission To Use In Poland, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, It Is Not Charged With Any Rights Of Third Parties And Meets The Requirements Described By The Contracting Authority, As Well With Appropriate Current Approvals And Necessary Safety Certificates. 4. The Delivery Of The Equipment Will Contain A Set Of Documentation And Instructions, Warranty Cards, All Accessories And Cables Necessary For Mounting And Starting The Equipment At The Installation Site. It Is Allowed To Indicate And Provide Free Of Charge Of The Website With Current Documentation And Instructions, Provided That The Contracting Authority Will Not Be Used To Incur Any Costs By The Employer. 5. The Contractors Representative Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract And Take Part In Its Unpacking, Installation And Launch To Determine Mechanical Damage Or Shortages In Delivery. 18 7. The Contractor Who Will Reliably Implement A Server Solution With Software Must Have People With Appropriate Permissions. The Implementation And Training In Software Must Be Carried Out By Certified Engineers With Permissions Issued By The Manufacturer. As Part Of The Implementation, The Contractor Will Train The It Staff Of The Office From Implemented Solutions. The Training Person Must Have The Rights Described In Section 8.4 To Swz.8. Local Vision Of The Contracting Authority Recommends That The Contractor Conduct A Local Vision In A Building That Relates To The Abovementioned Tasks. The Local Vision Will Be Confirmed By The Protocol. The Local Vision Will Take Place In The Presence Of An Employee - It Of The Kkujecin Commune Office.
