Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And A Decision To Determine The Location Of Public Purpose Investments In The Sulechów Commune In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Event Spatial Development Plan. 2. The Scope Of Services Includes The Preparation Of:- Draft Decisions To Determine The Building Conditions- 98 Pieces- Draft Decisions To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment- 1 Piece- Draft Decisions Changing Previously Issued Decisions To Determine The Development Conditions And Draft Decisions To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment- 1 Piece Of The Contractor Will Be Required To: 1) Acceptance From The Ordering Party, More Often Than Once A Week, Prepared By The Ordering Party. Photocopies Or Scans Of Complete Applications For A Decision On Building Conditions, A Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Applications For A Change Of Previously Issued Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, As Well As Photocopies Or Scans Of Other Documents Submitted To The Files Of Proceedings On The Basis Of Applications, Including Positions (Opinions, Agreements, Etc.); 2) The Deadline For Preparing The Draft Decision Is Each Time 10 Business Days From The Date Of Transfer Of The Contractor To Photocopy A Complete Application For Issuing A Decision, 3) Providing The Contracting Authority Of Decision -Making Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form - In Doc, Docx Or Rtf. 3. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 5. The Reasons For Failing To Divide The Order Into Parts: Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Be Irrational And Could Significantly Extend The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And An Increase In Its Costs. Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principle Of Competitiveness. 6. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting Free -Hand Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 7. The Employer Will Not Choose The Best Offer Using The Electronic Auction. 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs And Attaching Electronic Catalogs.
