The Location Of The Trees Was Included In Annexes No. 1, 2 And 4 To The Contract. The Contractors Responsibility Under The Warranty For Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Arising From The Civil Code Is Extended By Granting A Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of The Final Receipt Of Stage Ii Without Defects. Description Of The Warranty Is Specified In Detail §13 Of The Proposed Contractual Provisions.
