Tenders Are Invited For Implementation And Maintenance Of A New Multi -Modern Library System In The Field Of Collecting, Developing And Sharing

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Provision Of Services Consisting In The Implementation And Maintenance Of A New Multi-Module Library System In The Field Of Collecting, Developing And Sharing, Including: A) Implementation Of The Open-Source System (Gnu Gpl Or Apache License License) To Manage Library Resources Based On A Multi-Module Library System In The Field Providing And Compatible With It Directory, An Online Catalog For Readers - Hereinafter Referred To As The System, B) Supplementing The System With Functionality Ensuring Compliance In The Scope Of Configuration And Service (Including Printouts) Of Inventory Books And Books Of Defects With Current Provisions Regarding The Records Of Library Materials In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of 29 October 2008 On The Manner Records Of Library Materials (Journal Of Laws 2008.205.1283); C) Data Migration From The Currently Used System, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract; D) Conducting Training Of System Users, Including A System Librarian, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; E) Providing Access To The System In The Saas Model (Software As A Service) Together With Ensuring The Continuity Of The System - For A Period Of 12 Months From The Day Of Signing The Protocol System Acceptance. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires That All Activities To Provide The Current Service Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Services Related To The Implementation Of The Contract And The Indicated And Described In The Documentation Referred To In Para. 1, Were Performed By Persons Employed By A Contractor Or Subcontractor Or A Further Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), In Working Time Adequate To Entrusted Tasks, Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of Services, Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work Established On The Basis Of The Act Of 10 October 2002 On A Minimum Remuneration For Work (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1773), Throughout The Entire Order Processing Period. 6. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Para. 2, The Employers Rights In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor Compliance With The Requirements Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 95 Para. 1 In Joke. 438 Of The Pzp Act And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Were Specified In Annex 8 Of Swz, I.E. The Provisions Of The Contract.
