1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Loading, Transporting And Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Asbestos -Containing Products, Accumulated On Real Estate Located In The Osieczna Communes In 2025 And 2026, Covered By The Program For Removing Asbestos Containing Products From The Osieczna Commune. The Implemented Undertaking Is Financed From The Funds Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań As Part Of The Osieczna Municipality Of Subsidies For The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Asbestos Removal From The Osieczna Commune And From The Budget Of The Osieczna Commune. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products For Reception, Loading, Transport And Disposal At The Hazardous Waste Landfill Was Determined In The Amount Of About 200.00 Mg In 2025 And 200.00 Mg In 2026. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos Collected Waste May Change (Depending On The Degree Of Submitting Applications By Owners Of Real Estate Owners, Possible Withdrawal From Participation In Funding, From The Unit Price Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer And Within The Limits Of Funds Allocated For This Purpose). When Estimating The Waste Mass, A 1 M2 = 15 Kg Conversion Factor Was Used. 3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: - Waste Weighing. The Contractor Will Use A Weight With Valid Legalization (With A Lifting Capacity Above 1 Mg And Weighing With An Accuracy Not Less Than To The Third Place After The Decimal In Mg). Weighing Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Property Owner. The Contractor, After Weighing The Waste, Will Make A Record In This Activity In The Reception Protocol - Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products. - Loading, Collection And Transport Of Waste Containing Asbestos, Accumulated By The Applicant On The Property, On Pallets Secured With Foil In An Easily Available Place; In The Case Of Not Preparing Asbestos In The Above -Mentioned Manner, The Contractor Has The Right To Refuse To Collect Waste, - Unloading And Transferring Waste To Disposal, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Vol. Journal 2012 About Waste, Using The Bdo System (Waste Database). The Contractor, In The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, Is Required To Indicate The Designated Landfill/Or Hazardous Waste Landfill, Which Will Take Asbestos Waste From The Osieczna Commune, As Part Of The Contract (Name, Address Details, A Decision Of The Decision Authorizing The Operations In Waste Management, Date Of Issue And Name Of The Issuing Authority), - Ordering The Land After The End Of The Work. 4. The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party, Lists Of Applicants With The Addresses Of The Property, From Which Asbestos, Contact Data, The Owners Of The Property And Declared Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected By These Applicants Are To Be Removed. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Work On Dates Not Longer Than Specified In Swz. 6. The Order Will
