The North East Gonja District Assembly has received budgetary allocation Support from the Central Government through the District Assemblys Common Fund (DACF) and District Assemblys Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG). The Assembly intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the procurement of works whose requirements are indicated in the Table Below. 2. The North East Gonja District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers and Contractors for the execution of the projects indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT. 4. Completed tenders should be accompanied by; Valid Ministry of Works, and Housing Certificate (Class D4, K4 and above) Valid Business Registration Certificate Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate Valid PPA Registration Certificate Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate Valid Labor Certificate 5.
