Tenders are invited for ISO 15189 Accreditation for the Laboratory for the Period 2026 to 2029 Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Government Hospitals seeking a provider to maintain the license of ISO 15189 for the Salmaniya Medical Complex Lab for four years from 2026 till 2029 and providing proper professional guidance to the laboratory team in accordance with best practices The objective of this tender is to engage a qualified third-party service provider to manage and maintain ISO 15189 certification for our laboratory over the next four (4) years. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with ISO 15189 standards, including obtaining and maintaining certification through ANAB, coordinating all necessary audits and assessments, arranging on-site and online sessions, and scheduling the complete certification and license renewal cycle. The service must ensure uninterrupted certification status and continuous readiness for compliance at all times.
