No. Ppd 25-128_X 123, On The Basis Of The Current Qualification System (Cs) With The Same Subject For A Lot 3. The Contracting Authority Opens And Conducts The Current Negotiation Procedure With A Preliminary Invitation To Participate On The Grounds Of Art. 142, Para. 1 Of The Ppa. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods By Purchase According To The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And Has The Subject Of The Conclusion Of A Contract With A Contractor For Delivery And Purchase Of Composite Pending Insulators, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Notice For The Establishment Of The Constitutional Court And The Documentation For Participation In This Procedure. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Lots. The Estimated Quantities For The Term Of The Contract Of 36 (Thirty -Six) Months Are As Follows: Composite Hanging Insulator, For Air Power Lines, Ear-Groove Type-6,800; Composite Hanging Insulator, For Air Power Lines, Ear-Ucho Type-3,000 Pcs. Participants Must Offer All Types Of Goods In The Subject Of The Contract.
