    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law - Implementation Of Construction Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 51 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Related To The Execution Of Construction Repair Works For The Separation Of The Stem Center In The Building Of Sofia University Neofit Rilski, Tvarditsa. All Construction Works Included In The Order Are A Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Spa. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works/Construction Works (Cpp/Construction And Construction Works, Including The Delivery Of Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Quantitative Accounts. Guarantee Liability According To Terms For The Different Types Of Construction And Installation Works And Facilities Regulated In Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa. ​​​​​​​
