The Following Activities Are Part Of The Assignment: • Deliver Ready -To -Use Lockers; • Software For Lockers; • Place Lockers And Optional Removal Old Lockers; • Instruction Employees For Lockers Management; • Reading In New Lockers In Management Software; • Manage And Keep Management Software Up-To-Date; • Any Repair/Maintenance Lockers. You Can Find More Information In The Guideline. The Client Has Tried To Map The Current And Future Needs As Carefully As Possible. The Expectation Is That More Lockers Will Be Replaced In The Coming Years To Meet The Changing Requirements And Wishes. A Detailed Overview Of This Is Included In Appendix 6. The Aforementioned Numbers Are An Estimate And Serve To Have Tenderers Calculate On The Same Basis. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Aforementioned Description And Numbers. The Final Numbers Are Announced With The Final Order. Client Is Obliged To Determine A Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Was, In View Of The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement And Taking Into Account Future Indexations, Set At A Total Of A Maximum Of € 3,000,000 Including Vat. If The Specified Size Is Realized Earlier Than The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Agreement Will Be Terminated (Prematurely).
