    Quotation are invited for Service Provider for Mist House Works that will be Carried out at the Plant Production Nursery Located in Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden in Cape Town. THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL BIODIVERSITY INSTITUTE INVITES SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF: The appointment of an accredited contractor for mist house works which will be carried out at the Plant Production Nursery, located within the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. The project will focus on mist house expansion works which will include irrigation installation with at least the following deliverables: Inspect and repair misters and mister components in mist house Inspect and repair mister heat benches Conduct expansion of mist house where needed Replacement or repair of water pumps and associated controllers Installation of suitable irrigation lines for trees Irrigation lines must include all components needed to irrigate trees Installation of tree staking system Galvanised steel lip channel frame with concrete bases Treated timber poles planted into ground with concrete Steel Droppers planted between the timber poles to strengthen the structure Installation of galvanised wire cables to support timber poles Installation of drip Irrigation system Installation ball valves above ground Installation of heavy duty weed guard ground sheets Brackets for manifold pipe on steel frame Levelling of compacted clay soil ground Covering of ground with a black mat Tender Link : https://www.sanbi.org/opportunities/
