Self-Sustaining Application Services Sow Under Application Master Services Agreement (Amsa) . The Government Of Alberta (Goa) Is Seeking Proposals For Self-Sustaining Application Services Under The Application Master Services Agreement (Amsa). This Opportunity Emphasizes Continuous Service Improvement And Innovative Solutions, Including Automation-First And Ai-Enabled Service Delivery, Aimed At Enhancing Efficiency And Enabling The Transition Of Services To Internal Teams. As Part Of This Sow Process, The Government Of Alberta (Goa) Will Host A Virtual Forum On September 12, 2025, From 13:30 To 15:30 Hours Alberta Time. The Purpose Of This Forum Is To Foster Awareness Of The Province’S Expectations For Deploying Modern Technologies In Its Services, And To Contextualize The Province’S Operating Environment, Including Historical Challenges Experienced. The Forum Will Not Constitute A Line-By-Line Review Of The Sow. Rather, It Will Set Out, At A Program Level, The Provinces’ Expectations Regarding Resiliency And Security, Proactive Modernization And Currency Management Etc.
