    Providing Access To Satellite Communication. Address: Aktau, Place Of Location Of The Aktau Sea Trade Port (Rsu Military Unit 21814 Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan). Access To Satellite Communication Includes: The Provision Of 3 (Three) Sim Cards Of The Fbb Subscriber Numbers (Marine Terminal), With The Possibility Of Maintaining Voice (Telephone) Negotiations, With Outgoing Challenges. The Provision Of 2 (Two) Sim Cards Of Subscriber Numbers Of Iridium, Universal Subscriber Numbers (Sim Cards), With The Possibility Of Conducting Voice (Telephone) Negotiations, With Outgoing Challenges Of At Least 25 Minutes. The Service Provider Independently Carries Out The Entire Amount Of Preparatory And Installation Work In Accordance With The Connection Schedule Agreed With The Customer. The Supplier’S Equipment Installed By The Customer Is Transferred To The Customer For Responsible Storage For The Period Of Provision Of Services. The Supplier Liability Zone Begins From The Aggregation Installed On The Customer Site. The Supplier Must Track The State Of The Network Between The Customer And The Supplier 24 Hours A Day For The Entire Period Of The Provision Of Services. In The Event Of A Channel Failure, The Customer’S Network Administrator Announces The Problem In The Technical Support Service Of The Supplier, Which Determines The Status Of The Problem, And Calls The Appropriate Personnel To Eliminate Malfunctions In Operational Mode. The Elimination Of Damage To The Highway, The Channel -Forming Equipment And Equipment Of The Supplier On The Customer’S Side Is Carried Out By The Supplier Of Services At His Own Expense, No More Than 24 Hours. - The Service Of The Service - For 31.12.2025
