    Tenders are invited for Printing Works Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 4000 Region: Addis Ababa 3. Bidders should submit one original copy of their technical proposal and one original copy of their financial bid , clearly stating the name, address and stamp of the organization , and the type of bid they are bidding for , in a sealed envelope , and place it in the designated bid box within 11 days from the date of publication of the bid in the newspaper , by 4:00 AM . The bid will be sealed on the same day at 4:00 AM and opened at 4:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at the school library .
