The tender document can be purchased from the Hassasa District Governor s Office by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00 ( one hundred and fifty ) Birr for each document within 15 consecutive working days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the newspaper , 1/1/2017 to 16/1/2018 . 6. Bidders should submit their bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly stating whether they are a contractor or not , and their company seal and full address , in the bid box provided for this purpose at Office No. 3 during regular business hours . 7. Bidders must deposit 5000 Birr for each document as a bid security deposit in the form of a bank - certified CPO or cash at the District Governor s Office . 8. The goods supplied must be of good quality and meet the specifications . 9.
