1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Replacement Of Hydrants And Gates Of The Water Supply Network In The Wyśmierzyce Commune. 2. As Part Of The Task, The Dn80 Is Replaced With New Above -Ground Hydrants On The Water Supply Network In The Amount Of 49 Pcs. The De -De -The Hydrants Of The Hydrants Will Be Presented At The Contractor At The Stage Of Order Processing. The Range Includes: • Disassembly Of An Existing Above -Ground Hydrant With A Alloy Knee, Two -Wheeled Fittings, And A -Colored Slide On The Water Supply Network, • Purchase And Assembly Of A New Dn80 Gatelight With A Key Key And A Peel, • Installation Of The Two -Wheeled Diaphragm Dn80 - Adjust The Length To The Location Of The Hydrant, • Installation Of The New Hydrant Dn80 With Alloy Knee And Tablecloth - Hydrant Height Min. 1Mp Of The Subsequent Area, • Rinsing, Disinfection And Testing Of Hydrant Performance, • Perform A New Hydrant Marking And A Hydrant Gate Plots With The Manager/Owner, • Development Of A Technical Design For The Replacement Of Hydrants, 3. At The Stage Of The Investment, It Is Allowed To Leave The Existing Tee On The Water Supply Network If It Is In A State, Suitable For Further Operation - To Be Agreed With The Investor And Supervision Inspector. 4. The Dismantled Hydrants Remain The Property Of The Contracting Authority And Should Be Submitted In The Place Indicated By The Translator. 5. The Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities - Annex 10 To Swz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Technical Right, As Well As In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of Traffic Within The Section On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out, From The Moment Of Starting Works To The Surface Of The Pavement Without Restrictions. 7. Listed In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Name, Brand Or Origin Of Product Material, Are Not Obligatory For Contractors. Contractors Have The Right To Offer Other Equivalent Products Or Materials Provided That Technical, Technological, Utility And Quality Parameters Are Ensured, At Least Meeting Or Exceeding The Parameters Of Products Or Materials Required In Swz Or Attachments To Swz. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of Products, Materials, Etc. Will Rest With The Contractor. 8. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is A Minimum Of 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Work Of The Acceptance Of Works. 9. The Contractor Provides All Tools, Materials And Funds Necessary To Provide Services At Its Own Expense. 10.
