The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Repair And Support For Technical Aircraft, In Accordance With Orders Issued By The Tecnam P2006t Aircraft Management Organization, Whose Owner (Managing) Is The Silesian University Of Technology (Hereinafter Also Called Ordering Party), A User Of The Academic Aviation Training Center. The Order Includes The Technical Service Of Two Aircraft:- Tecnam P2006t Sp-Mpa- Tecnam P2006t Sp-Settermin The Implementation Of The Contract: 12 Months From The Date Of The Beginning Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Implementation Period By A Maximum Of 3 Months (In Monthly Cycles), But Not Longer Than Until The Total Price Of The Contract Referred To In § 2 Paragraph 1 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Depending On What Will Occur Earlier, Subject To § 2 Para. 10 Point 1) And Para. 11 And § 6 Para. 3 Point 2) Lit. D) And E) Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Use Of The Aircraft Informs That The Tecnam P2006t Sp-Mpa Aircraft Is Covered By Technical Service As Part Of The Manufacturers Warranty In The Dimension Of 500 Hours Of Raid. The Actual Implementation Of Technical Service Services, Which Are The Subject Of These Proceedings, Will Take Place After The Manufacturers Hourly Guarantee Limit Is Exhausted. The Day Of The Beginning Of The Tecnam P2006t Sp-Mpa Aircraft Technical Service Will Be The Day Of Notification Of The Contractor By The Employer By E-Mail About The Exhaustion Of The Manufacturers Hourly Warranty Limit. The Actual Implementation Of Technical Support For The Tecnam P2006t Sp-Sut Aircraft Will Take Place After The Abovementioned Contracts. The Contract Is Valid Until 31.10.2025, With The Possibility Of Extending To 31.01.2026 Or Until The Price Of The Contract Referred To In § 2 Para. 1, Depending On What Will Happen Before.
