The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Monitoring System In The Syrena Dps Consisting In The Purchase, Delivery And Dismantling Service Together With The Assembly Of A New Monitoring System At The Syrena Social Welfare Home Consisting In Particularly In: 1) Supply Of Elements Of A New Monitoring System; 2) Assembly Of Elements Of The New Monitoring System And Dismantling All The Indicated Elements Of The Existing Monitoring System (Including All Necessary Work (Including All Necessary Work (Including All Necessary Work. Renovation And Construction); 3) Configuration And Launching Of The Monitoring System Together With The Integration With The Syrena It System Installed In The Syrena Social Welfare Home; 4) Conducting Tests Of The Correct Operation Of The Monitoring System; 5) Performing The As-Built Technical Documentation; 6) Training Of Staff From Social Assistance Home Syrena; 7) Warranty Service For At Least 24 Months For At Least 24 Months For At Least 24 Months For At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Work; 8) Granting Warranty On Elements Of The Monitoring System (Including Software) Within At Least 24 Months From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report And Providing Spare Parts Within 5 Years From That Date; 9) Technical Inspections During The Warranty Period.
