Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Lightweight Quartermaster Car To The State Fire Service In Suwałki

3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Delivery Of A Lightweight Quartermaster Car To The State Fire Service In Suwałki. 3.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery: One Lightweight Quartermaster - Hereinafter Referred To As The Car, The Vehicle. 3.3. The Vehicle And The Chassis Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical Defects And Legal Defects. The Vehicle Must Be Ready For Use For Its Intended Purpose. 3.4. The Chassis Is Not Older Than 2024.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Minimum Technical And Utility Parameters), Swz And Its Attachments. 3.6. The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Minimum Technical And Utility Parameters) Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimal Requirements. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters, Which The Contractor Should Present On Annex 3A To Swz And Submit With The Offer. 3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Lightweight Quartermaster Car, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service, Ul. Wincenty Witos 10, 16-400 Suwałki. The Delivery Will Be Carried Out By November 30, 2025 On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 8.00-15.00 Excluding Public Holidays. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About Readiness To Carry Out The Actual Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract With At Least 7 Days In Advance. 3.8. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet: 3.8.1. Requirements Arising From Applicable European And Polish Standards, And Environmental Protection Regulations, Including: 1) Of The Road Traffic Act (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251); 2) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 502, As Amended). 3) Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Ordinance No. 6 Of The Chief Commander Of The State Fire Service Of May 8, 2025, Amending The Ordinance On Transport Management In The Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service, Dz.
