    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A One -Off Delivery Of Materials And Environmental Protection Measures, In Accordance With The Terms And Assortment, Quantities And Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. 2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Two -Chamber Container, Pcs. 15; 2) Captive Bathtub, Pcs. 20; 3) Sorbent In A Roll (Mat), Pcs. 30.3. Place Of Delivery: Infrastructure Magazine 13 Wog - Logistics Training Center (Cslog) At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Group - Dragacz Commune 4. General Requirements For The Offered Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Product Offered Should Be Brand New, Without The Signs Of Use And Be Full -Fledged In The First Category. A Given Product Should Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Contracting Authority And The Manufacturer Of A Given Product. Materials, Properties. Wherever The Contracting Authority Did Not Specify The Dimension Or Other Parameter, It Lies With The Contractor. 6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged At The Stage Of The Contract At His Own Expense To Deliver, Discharge, Ensure The Application Of The Delivered Products To The Room Indicated By The Employers Employee, After Notifying The Contracting Authority About The Delivery Date. The Costs Related To The Described Activities Should Be Included In The Offered Price. Verification Of The Fulfillment Of The Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract, Referred To Above, Will Take Place At The Stage Of Delivery Under Pain (In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Requirements) Refusal To Accept The Goods To The Warehouse.
