Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of 14 Sets Of Defibrillators With Information Boards Along With Their Installation.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Delivery Of 14 Sets Of External Defibrillators Aed And Information Boards About The Parameters Specified In Annex 7 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Assembly, Start And Configuration Of 14 Sets Of External Defibrillators Aed And Information Boards In The Locations Set By The Ordering Party No. 7 Orders, 3) Conducting 14 Training In The Field Of First Aid Using The Same Training Version Of Installed Aed Defibrillators Within The Date Agreed With The Employer, 4) Conducting System Service Training For About 10 Employees Of The Piła City Hall Indicated By The Ordering Party Indicated By The Employer Within The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. The Set Consists Of: Aed External Defibrillator With Remote Management And Monitoring System, Battery, A Set Of Electrodes For Adults And Children, Dedicated Transport Bag, Capsule Cabinet For Storing The Defibrillator To The Outside And Additional Equipment. 3. The Provided Subject Of The Order And All Components Used For Its Construction Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties.
