The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of Computer Hardware With Software, Including: - Computer Set (Together With System And Office Software) - 14 Pcs; - Notebook With System And Office Software - 1 Pcs. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 4 To Swz.2. The Supplied Equipment Should Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Not Used, Manufactured Not Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Min. 36 Months Of The Manufacturers Warranty On:- Computer Set (Together With System And Office Software)- 14 Pcs;- Notebook With System And Office Software- 1 Pcs. The Manufacturers Warranty For The Above-Mentioned Computer Hardware Is One Of The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers Specified In Chapter Xxii Swz.4. Where In The Swz, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Ordering Documents, A Trademark (Brand), Patent Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterized By Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Was Indicated Or The Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act, Offering Equivalent Solutions In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Description. The Contractor Who Cites Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Show That The Devices He Offers Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. On The Other Hand, Equivalence In Terms Of Minimum Technical, Utility, Operational Parameters And Features Of The Offered Devices Must Ensure Obtaining Technical, Utility, Operational And Features Of Offered Devices, Not Worse Than Those Required In Swz (In Particular Opz), So That You Can Talk About Comparativeness Of Competing Offers. The Order Was Calculated According To: The Same (Equal To All) Rules And Guidelines, In Particular If The Compared Offers Take Into Account The Same Subject And Quantitative Scope Of The Order (When The Contractors Calculated The Same Or Equivalent Technical Or Material Solutions In The Offer Price) And When They Meet All The Terms Of The Order Set By The Contracting Authority. 5. In The Case Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions, Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Para. 5 Or Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer Of Technical Cards Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offer Offered Or Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Offered Devices Will Ensure That The Technical Parameters Are Obtained, Not Worse Than The One Required In The Opz Constituting Annex 3 T
