    Procurement Plan for Urban Upgrade of Mestia-Laghami (Sectors 2, 3, 4, and 5) To obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, Bidders should submit request only through the Georgian electronic Government Procurement (Ge-GP) system http://procurement.gov.ge/ 6. A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized on 18 September 2025 at 13:00 hours (Tbilisi time). A Bidder wishing to visit the project site must coordinate its visit with the Employer beforehand. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidders own expense. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting will take place on the following date, time and place: Date: 22 September 2025 Time: 14:00 hours (Tbilisi time) Place: MDFs Office, 150 D. Agmashenebeli Ave., Tbilisi, 0112, Georgia. 8. Bidding Documents are available for download from the Ge-GP System from 5 September 2025 to 6 October 2025 free of charge. The Bidding Documents are available in English and Georgian languages. In case of discrepancy/inconsistency/dispute, the English version prevails. 9. Submit your bid online through the Ge-GP system http://procurement.gov.ge/ on or before the deadline: 6 October 2025 at 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time); together with a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document; Bidders shall indicate bid price in the electronic field in Ge-GP System, failing to do so will result in rejection of such bid; and Bidders have the option to submit the bid either in English or Georgian language. Bids shall be opened electronically using the Ge-GP System on 6 October 2025 at 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time). 10.
