    Part 1 - The Pilot Is The Order Of The Contract Is The Training Pilot Of Tours For 20 Students Of Zsei In Łódź As Part Of The Project Entitled Towards Europe Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021- 2027. As Part Of The Training Pilot Of Trips, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1. Developing A Course Program, Which Aims To Prepare Participants To Perform The Tasks Of A Tourist Tourist Pilot, Including:- General Issues Related To Tourism In Poland And The World. Tourist Geography Of Poland And Europe.- History Of Culture And Art. Aviation.- Psychophysical Skills Of The Tour Pilot: • Voice Emission • Communication With The Group (Verbal And Non-Verbal) • Negotiating Techniques • Time Management. Conducting Training In The Dimension Of At Least 90 Didactic Hours For 2 Groups Of Participants Of 10 People In The Group. Ensuring Two Trainers Carrying Out Training In Parallel: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To 30.04.2027.
