1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System Along Ul. Bukowa And Ul. Kalinowa And The Streets Adjacent To Kobylnica Along With The Drainage Of The Water To The Słupia River, Including: 1) Making A Map For Design Purposes And Its Possible Update, 2) Implementation Of The Concept And Project And Cost Documentation Necessary To Initiate The Procedure For The Award Of Public Procurement For The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Construction Of A Storm Sewage Network For Dehydration Of Municipal Roads, Kalin And Streets Adjacent In The Town Of Kobylnica, In The Kobylnica Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation), 3) Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Approvals, Permits, Approvals, Administrative Decisions, Including A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Water Permit Decisions, 4) Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Lack Construction Not Requiring A Building Permit, 5) Provision At Each Request Of The Employer Services Of The Expert For The Subject And Contract Value In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, Conducted On The Basis Of The Documentation Indicated In Point 2,6) Of The Authors Supervision Until The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works Carried Out Based On The Documentation Indicated In The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of The Designers Obligations Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Including The Implementation Of The Concept And Project And Cost Documentation With Elements Of Executive Documentation For The Construction Of The Network, As Specified In Para. 1 And In Relation To Existing Design And Planning Studies. 3. A Detailed Scope Of The Study As Part Of The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System, Draining Rainwater From The Municipal Roads Of Bukowa, Kalinowa Streets And Adjacent Streets In The Town Of Kobylnica Includes The Implementation Of Documentation On: 1) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage Network Draining Rainwater And Melting Water To The Słupia River From The Municipal Roads: Bukowa Street (Zasinnia Ul. Bukowa) And Kalinowa Street (Kalinowa Ul. Kalinowa) With The Crossing Of The National Road - The Main Street In Kobylnica And With The Pre -Ating And Retention System Of Rainwater, 2) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System Draining Rainwater And Snowmelt To The Słupia River, Which Is A Continuation Of The Construction Of The Network Mentioned In Point 1 Above, From Municipal Roads (Including Topolowa, Cyprysowa, Cisowa, Said In M. Located On The Eastern Part Of The National Road - Główna Street In Kobylnica, 3) Construction Of A Departure To The Słupia River On Młyńska Street In Kobylnica From Plot No. 1169, Kobylnica Precinct, In Accordance With The Issued Technical Conditions For The Removal Of Rain And Snow) To The Słupi
