    Framework Agreement For The Acquisition Of Advisory Engineering Services Within The Va . Descriptive Municipality Is The Client For This Framework Agreement. Sigdal Municipality Is A Versatile Municipality In Buskerud County, Known For Its Scenic Landscape, Rich Cultural Heritage And Active Communities. The Municipality Covers A Large Geographical Area With Several Towns, But Also Scattered Settlement. There Is Also A Lot Of Recreational Buildings In The Municipality. The Client For This Framework Agreement Will Be The Municipality Of Sigdal As Well As The Municipal Owned Water Company Eggedal Vann And Søtrøsselskap As, Which Provides Services To Large Parts Of The Recreational Development On The Mountain. The Client Wants To Enter Into An Agreement With The Supplier That Offers Services That Meet The Clients Needs Within Consulting Engineering Services In Water, Drainage And Overwater (Riva). The Assignments On The Framework Agreement Will Vary, But Will Mainly Have One Or More Of The Following Purposes; * Sketch Project * Pre-Project * Detailed Project * Tender/Performance Description * Applications By Agreement * Surveyings And Follow-Up * Guarantee Cases Contract Will Be In Accordance With Ns 8402 General Contract Terms For Consulting Assignments Honored After The Time Spent. The Client Reserves The Right To Request A Fixed Price On The Call, And In Such Cases Ns 8401 Will Be Used By Ns 8401 For Design Assignments (Fixed Price).
