The Description Project Ksb - New Somatics Building Is An Important Project In The Development Of Ahus, Where The Aim Of The Project Is To Deliver A Future -Oriented And Modern Building Facilitating A Good Treatment Offering For The Population Of The Region. A Concept Phase Has Been Carried Out That Has Formed The Basis For Financing The Project, Which Provides The Pre -Project Important Framework Conditions. For The Further Development Of The Project, We Now Want To Connect With A Skilled Contractor Who, Together With The Developer And The Advisory Group In Interaction, Can Plan And Realize The Best Solutions For The Projects Unique Needs. This Is A Competition Aimed At The Collaboration Expertise Of The Contractor, Where It Is The Specific Experience And Competence Of The Offered Resources That Are Put Into Focus. The Assignment Consists Of Planning And Realizing Building Work For The Project By Carrying Out Interaction Phase1 With Pre -Project And Then Carrying Out Detailed Design And Construction, Interaction Phase 2/Implementation Phase. The Parties Shall Enter Into A Total Contract Contract Based On Ns 8407 With An Interaction Phase.Se Attached To A Competitive Basis.
