Railway Construction Works-Modernization Of The Yambol-Zimnitsa Railway Section, At The Roge Station Under The Project Rehabilitation Of The Plovdiv-Burgas Railway Line, Phase 2-Stage Ii. The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Modernization Of The Yambol-Zimnitsa Railway Section, At The Turn Station Under The Project Rehabilitation Of The Plovdiv-Burgas Railway Line, Phase 2-Stage Ii. The Implementation Of The Contract Covers The Following Main Activities: 1. The Completion Of Documents Necessary For The Opening Of A Construction Site And The Designation Of The Construction Line And Level; 2. Preparation And Submission Of A Report From A Detailed Analysis Of The Technical Project; 3. Opening Of A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level; 4. Development And Submission Of Working Drawings And Details On The Basis Of The Technical Design Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And The Applicable European And Bulgarian Regulations; 5. Performing The Construction Works Provided In The Project For The Modernization Of The Yambol-Zimnitsa Railway Section, At The Turn Station, By All Design Parts; 6. Preparation Of The Necessary Documents For Obtaining A Permit For Use By The Dnsc In Accordance With The Spa; 7. Preparation Of Plan And Testing Tests, In Connection With The Proving Of The Compliance Of Structural Subsystems With The Requirements For Interoperability, As Well As The Transfer Of The Evidence For Obtaining A Certificate Of Interoperability. The Main Parameters Of The Railway Infrastructure To Be Reached With The Implementation Of The Contract On The Basis Of The Technical Design Of The Contracting Authority From The Contractor Should Be Developed Working Drawings And Details To Supplement The Technical Design With The Necessary Details And Specifications Of Materials In Accordance With The Manufacturers And Suppliers Of The Construction Products Chosen. Working Drawings And Details Must Be Structured In Accordance With The Requirements Of A Technical Specification For The Production Of Working Drawings And Details. Construction And Assembly Works On The Modernization Of The Yambol-Zimnitsa Railway Section, At The Railway Station On The Railway, They Include Without Limiting: Cleaning Of Shrubs, Trees, Their Root Systems, As Well As Preparation Of The Terrain On The New Route Of The Railway; Dismantling Of An Existing Iron Road And Adjacent Arrows In The Scope Of The Project; Sunrise Of Ballast Prism; Digding Of Weak Layers And Replacement With Improved Embankment Of Crushed Stone; Enhancement Of Earth Main Playground And Laying Geomrege And Geotextile, Formation Of Earth Main Site; Construction Of A New Lower Construction, Including In The Part Of The New Route; Laying Of An Anti -Freezing Layer; Construction Of Drainage System; Laying Of Upper Construction - Ballast Prism, Rails Type 60 E1, Reinforced Concrete Sleepers And Elastic Fasteners; Construction Of New Platforms With Tactile Indications, Visual Information, Pictograms, Etc., In Accordance With The Requirements Of Tsi Lnp; Construction Of A New Parking Lot And Access Road, Including Fire -Fighting Vehicles.
