The Order Includes General Planning Services With The Services In Accordance With Hoai 2013, Part 3 Object Planning, Section 1 Building And Part 4, Section 2, Technical Equipment With Systems 10 And 15 And In Conjunction With The Contract Systems Of The Respective Specific Performance Obligations And Special Services. The Basis Of The Commission Is The Enclosed Contract Pattern Of Abau With All Systems For § 5 Specific Service Obligations. Further Contractual Components Include The General Contractual Provisions (Avb). The Procedural Processes According To Abau Must Be Observed. The Assignment Takes Place In Performance Levels After Abut, First With Performance Level 1, Performance Phase 1 And 2, Optionally The Service Phases 3 And 5 To 9 And Special Services.
