Education And Training Services - Request For Participation: Purchase Of Espoo Hobby Model (Dynamic Supplier Registry Retail). The City Of Espoo (Later Also The Subscriber) Requests Applications For Participation In The Espoo Hobby Model. By Decision Of The Director Of Administration And Development, The City Of Espoo Has Established § 48 Of The Dynamic Supplier Register For The Acquisition Of The Espoo Model. The Request For Participation In Question Applies To The Reinforcement Of The Dynamic Supplier Register, Allowing New Service Providers To Apply To The Dynamic Supplier Register. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Dynamic Supplier Register, Which Means A Procedure Designed By The Contracting Entity Itself, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Procurement Law, To Obtain The Services Subject To The Procurement. The City Of Espoo Selects All Service Providers In The Dynamic Supplier Register Who Meet The Requirements Set By This Request For Participation And The Appendix To This Request. All Procurement Under The Agreement Will Be Implemented As A Lightening Tendering (So -Called Mini -Competition). This Re -Opening Does Not Require Any Action From The Service Providers Selected During The Establishment Of The Dynamic District Register.
