For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Employer Entered Only One Value Of Contractual Power; 4) As A Result Of Concluding New Contracts For The Distribution Service Or In Situations Justified For The Contracting Authority, Some Of The Parameters Listed In Annex 1 To Swz May Change. This Situation May Apply To Contractual Power Or Tariff (Technical Causes), While The Change Can Only Be Made Within The Same Group Of Tariffs; 5) The Role Of The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As The Osd) For The Connection Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz Is Played By Two Enterprises: Enea Operator S.A., Energa-Operator S.A. With The Proviso That One Connection Point Has One Dso; 6) The Role Of The Electricity Seller For The Connection Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz Is The Electricity Trading Company: Enea Spółka Akcyjna Ul. In Order To Calculate The Offer Price, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Forecast Energy Consumption Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz. 6. The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of This Contract, Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz.
