The Client Consultants Tasks Span All Phases Of The Project And Include, Among Other Things, Support For Tenders, Design And Execution, As Well As Securing Progress, Quality And Effective Cooperation In Close Dialogue With The Contracting Entity. It Is Including The Task Of The Client Consultant To Ensure Effective Cross -Border Dialogue, Clear Responsibilities And Handling Of Technical Interfaces To Minimize Risks And Ensure A Smooth Project Implementation. The Builder Consultant Must Also Contribute To Ensuring That The Construction Is Implemented Within The Agreed Time And Financial Framework.
