    Street-Lighting Maintenance Services-Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Lighting Service From The Territorial Administrative Area Of ​​Odobești. The Object Of This Contract Is The Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Lighting Service In The City Of Odobești, Vrancea County. It Includes All The Actions And Activities Of Public Utility And General Economic And Social Interest, Carried Out At The Level Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit In Order To Ensure The Public Lighting, Including The Right And The Obligation To Administer And Exploit The Technical-Public Infrastructure Related To The Service, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Public Lighting Service And The Specification. The Components Of The Public Lighting Service In The City Of Odobești The Delegated Service Includes The Following Components: • Road Street Lighting - Illuminating Road Traffic; • Pedestrian Street Lighting - Pedestrian Access Lighting; • Ornamental Lighting - Lighting Of Leisure Areas, Parks, Markets, Fairs; • Festive Ornamental Lighting - Temporary Lighting Used During Holidays And Other Specific Festive Events; • Architectural Lighting - Lighting Intended For Highlighting Art Monuments, Historical Buildings Or Objectives Of Public Or Cultural Importance. The Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Tenders /Candidates: 8. The Contracting Authority Will Answer Clearly And Completely To All The Clarification Requests 6 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting The Tenders.
