The Objective Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Proper Level Of Security And Protection Of Personnel, Information And Property At The Foreign Services Stations. This Procurement Will Build Up Under This Objective By Establishing A Framework Agreement On The Purchase Of Alarm And Video Surveillance Systems That Increase The Foreign Services Ability To Detect, Notification And Monitoring Of Events At Their Foreign Stations. As The Delivery Is To Protect The Foreign Ministrys Values, Both Physical, Digital And Human, Risk And Security Understanding Will Be Emphasized In The Evaluation Of The Offers, Where The Safety Fitness And Suppliers Understanding Of Assignment Are Essential. There Will Be A Need For Supply Of Material, Configuration, Assembly, Commissioning, Training, Support For Operation, Maintenance And Support For The Alarm And Video Surveillance Systems As Well As Facilitation For Operations Locally At The Foreign Service Stations. The Need Applies Mainly To Fixed Installations At Established Stations, But Will Also Include Systems That Can Be Used In Temporary Locations And Travel. Furthermore, There Will Be A Need For The Organization Of Centralized Administration And Operation From The Foreign Ministrys Location In Norway - Including Remote Access To Systems Located At The Foreign Service Stations. Operational Administration And Operation Of The Systems Locally And Centrally Will Be Done By The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Including Operating Center Operations. It Is Assumed That The Supplier Has The Capacity To Carry Out At Least Two Parallel Installations At The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Locations Abroad. A Framework Agreement For 4 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For Another 3 Years Will Be Signed (A Total Of 4+1+1+1). Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 72.5 Million Excl. Vat.
