Natural Gas-A Comprehensive Purchase Of Gas Fuel For Ordering Facilities Participating In The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis Shopping Group.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel By Contracting Authorities And Their Organizational Units. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - Tist Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor Shall Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements From The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller And Effective Start Of Sales Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Termination Of Existing Comprehensive Contracts, Notifications To The Dso Of New Gas Fuel Sales Contracts. These Activities Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Relevant Powers Of Attorney Granted Together With The Conclusion Of Gas Fuel Sales Contracts. 3. Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded Separately By Individual Contracting Authorities And By Local Government Organizational Units, Which Will Be Separate Payers And Which Are Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz. 4. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Of April 10, 1997 (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And On The Basis Of Executive Provisions To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System (I.E. Journal Of Laws Late Provisions Of The Civil Code. 5. The Provision Of All Contracting Authorities, Payers And Ppg Participating In The Tender Procedure Together With Data On The Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel, Current Distribution Parameters And The Current State Of Contracts Is Given In The Aggregate Statement In Annex 2 To Swz. 6. Each New Ppg Arising During The Contract Must Be Provided With A Unit Price Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Contractors Offer Selected In This Tender Procedure. The Supply Of Gas Fuel For The New Ppg Not Covered By The Attachment To The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Change In The Attachment For A Given Contract, Without Having To Renegotiate The Terms Of The Contract. 7. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Acts And Polish Standards. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Quality Standards Of Recipient Service. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept From The Ordering Party, In The Agreed Time, Applications And Complaints Regarding The Supplied Gas Fuel. 10. The Contractor Should Have No Later Than On The Day Of Starting Delivery Of A Safe Access Portal For Recipients Enabling The Collection Of Invoice Images And Observing Gas Fuel. The Platform Should Allow Individual Accounts
