The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: - Providing The Necessary Starting Data For The Development Of An Investment Project - Phase Work Project; - Research Activities; - Development Of An Investment Project In A Phase - Work Project, Safety And Health Plan (Pbz) And A Plan For Management Waste (Puso) And Their Approval By The Contracting Authority; - Coordination Of The Investment Project, Pbz And Puso With The Competent Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Other Interested Persons, The Consultant Under Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Territorial Development Act) And Approval Under The Territorial Act; - Development Of Documentation About The Properties Affected In Construction And Rescue Archaeological Surveys, Identification Of Owners Or Users/Landlines, Determination Of The Amount Of Benefits For Destroyed Harvest Or Omitted Benefits Of Land And/Or Damage During The Construction And/Or Rescue Archaeological Studies The Contracting Authority) And Conducting Procedures For Payment Of The Benefits In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Act (Ea), The Cultural Heritage Act (Lcn) And The Spa, Which Are Paid By The Contracting Authority; - Temporary Construction (At The Discretion Of The Contractor), Incl.
