    Stone For Construction - Catering Campaign, Protection Of The Spans Of Spans 12 To 16 And 49 To 52; Securing And Harmonization Of The Historic Monument Made Up Of The Roman Amphitheater Of Nîmes - Lot 2: Summer Supply Of Stone. Lot 2:: Smoking Of Pruning Stone Within The Framework Of The Work On The Historic Monument Consisting By The Roman Amphitheater Of Nîmes Including: The Restoration Of External Elevations Of The Spans 12 To 16, The Work Of Protection, Evacuation And Recovery Of Rainwater Of The Spans 12 To 16 And 49 To 52, The Harmonization Works Of Treatment 43 To 48 And External Elevations Of Spans 17 To 42 And Promenoir. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Whose Duration Begins On Its Date Of Notification And Ends On The Date Of All The Services Provided For In The Contract. This Framework Agreement Is Not Renewable. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement Cannot Exceed 48 Months From Its Date Of Conclusion Previously Defined. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Really Executed Quantities. The Services Are Subject To A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Emission Of Purchase Orders, Which Passed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1 °, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Pursuant To Article R2162-4-2 ° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of € 355,000 Excl. The Execution Of The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Following Successive Phases: - Preparation - Phase 1: Restoration Works And Protection Of Spans 12 To 16; Security Operation (External Elevations And Promenoir); Operation Of Harmonization Of The Railings Of The Promenoir - Phase 2: Work To Protect Spans 49 To 52; Operation Of Harmonization Of Spans 43 To 48 The Start And End Dates Indicated Below Are Therefore Purely Indicative.
