The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Proper Level Of Security And Protection Of Personnel, Information And Property At The Foreign Service ́S Stations. This Procurement Shall Be Built Up Under This Aim By Putting In Place A Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Alarm And Video Surveillance Systems That Increase The Foreign Service ́S Ability For Detection, Notification And Monitoring Of Events At Its Foreign Stations. As The Delivery Shall Protect The Norwegian Foreign Ministrys Values, Both Physical, Digital And Human, Risk And Security Understanding Will Be Emphasised In The Evaluation Of The Tenders, Where The Security Fitness And The Tenderers Assignment Comprehension Is Essential. There Will Be A Need For The Delivery Of Material, Configuration, Installation, Commissioning, Training, Support For Operation, Maintenance And Support For The Alarm And Video Monitoring Systems, As Well As Facilitation For Local Operations At The Foreign Stations. The Need Is Mainly For Fixed Installations At Established Stations, But It Will Also Include Systems That Can Be Used In Temporary Locations And On Journeys. Furthermore, There Will Be A Need For Facilitation Of Centralised Administration And Operation From Ud ́S Location In Norway - Including Remote Access To Systems Located At The Foreign Stations. Operational Administration And Operation Of The Systems Locally And Centrally Will Be Carried Out By The Norwegian Ministry Of Public Roads, Including Operation Centre Operations. It Is A Prerequisite That The Tenderer Has The Capacity To Carry Out A Minimum Of Two Parallel Installations At The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs ́S Locations Abroad. A Framework Agreement Will Be Signed For Four Years, With An Option For An Extension For A Further 3 Years (Total 4+1+1+1). The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is From Nok 72.5 Million Excluding Vat To Nok 75 Million Excluding Vat. The Estimate Is Based On Historical Figures And The Expected Development During The Contract Period. The Estimate Is Not Binding For The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In Any Way And It Will Also Depend On The Budget Allocation At All Times, As Well As Other Conditions. The Total Maximum Amount For The Framework Agreement Will Be Nok 120 Million.
