    Software Development Services - Public Procurement Contract Software Package For Multifunctional Video Intercom System. The Bidder Who Will Be Declared The Winner Has The Obligation To Make The Software Products Necessary For The Correct Operation Of The Video Intercom System Connected To The Internet, And To Deliver The Software, Firmware And Ios And Android Applications For The Operation Of The System Components, As Described In The Specifications. The Bidder Who Will Be Declared The Winner Will Have To Comply With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Specifications, Following That Any Deviation Or Deviation Will Be Analyzed Together With The Contracting Authority, And Will Be Implemented Only After Its Agreement Is Obtained. The Results Of The Services Requested By The Specifications And Contracted Following The Admission Of The Technical-Financial Offer Evaluated, Must Be Completed Within 180 Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, Except For The Last Stage Of Final Tests And Remedies, Which Will Be Completed Between January And May 2027, According To The Activities Of The European Funds. The Extension Of This Term Is Possible Only With The Acceptance Of Electra Srl. The Components Firmware, Software And Applications Required By This Specification Will Be Provided And Delivered In Stages, Within The Deadlines Described In The Specifications - Cap 16. The Partial Offer For The Requested Services Is Not Accepted. Number Of Days To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Is 9 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification Requests On The 4Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
