Assignment The Assignment Concerns: Contract Maintenance; Corrective Maintenance; Planned Maintenance. Plots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Ploten Doel The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Duration Of Two (2) Years With The Starting Date 01 January 2026 For The Delivery Of These Services. The Client Has The Right To Extend These Two (2) Times By One (1) Year. The Decision -Making With Regard To This Extension (S) Is Based On The Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Order Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 250,000 On The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Mentioned Amount. There Is No Purchase Obligation For The Client. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated (Earlier).
