    Expression of Interest for Implementation of Mobile Application Version 3.0 Description: An experienced software development vendor is required to manage the implementation of Version 3.0. This project involves enhancing and modernising an existing mobile application, rather than developing a new one from the ground up, unless otherwise proposed by the vendor. The application is prepared for phased pilot deployment at international airports. This extension continues work on the mobile application previously developed by Fingent under UNHCRs initiatives. The previous version established the toolkits framework, including a Super Admin account, in-app user guidance, a visual questionnaire, a screening checklist, a standardised referral pathway, and multilingual support via language toggling and downloadable audio files. With Version 3.0, and under RSO oversight, the project will introduce secure multi-user mobile logins, customisable web-based administrative dashboards, backend data management integration, dashboard user access controls, and improvements to user interface and user experience elements.
