    Tenders are invited for Provision of Sound System and Live Drama Services. Location: Kigali Deadline: Tuesday, 16/09/2025 10:00 PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE (PFTH) is a national civil society umbrella organization for 53 civil society organizations that advance Gender equality throughout Rwandas development process. Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwes mission is to eradicate all forms of discrimination against women, to promote womens socio-economic, political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacity of the umbrella and its member organizations through promotion of sustainable human development based on gender equality, peace, justice and human rights. Therefore, PFTH is looking for a service provide for: Provision of high-quality sound system (both fixed and mobile) for the event and Performance of live drama tailored to the events theme and target audience. Tender Documents are obtained on any working day from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time at PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE Central Secretariat Office, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs(10,000Frw) to the account No: 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank. Well-printed and properly bound technical and financial proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope. The application shall be addressed to the Executive Director of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe and shall be submitted at PFTH Head Office in Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district Kigali City, not later than Tuesday 16th September 2025 at 10:00 AM (Local time). The opening of proposals will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM in the PFTH meeting room.
