Tenders are invited for Supply, installation and Integration of Micro Modular Data Center 6. Interested eligible Proposers may obtain further information from Federal Civil Service Commission, Attn: Habtamu Molla and inspect the request for proposals document during office hours, 9:00 AM to 1230 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Ethiopian Time at the address given below. 7. The request for proposals document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 5,000 (ETB Five Thousand). The method of payment will be cash or cashiers check. Soft copies of the document in PDF format will be sent to prospective suppliers upon their request by email to the address provided below. However, the Purchaser does not take responsibility for any omissions or additions to the RFP. 8. Proposals must be delivered to the address below, on or before 10:00 AM Ethiopian time on October 20, 2025. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked "ORIGINAL PROPOSAL", and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PART" will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers designated It representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on October 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM Ethiopian time. All envelopes marked "FINANCIAL PART" shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals opening. 9.
